By accessing and using DemandAI.Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

DemandAI.Pro provides AI-powered tools for legal professionals, including:

• AI-generated demand letter templates
• Medical records analysis tools
• Settlement calculation assistance
• Case management features
• Legal research and analysis tools

These tools are designed to assist legal professionals and should not be considered as providing legal advice.

As a user of DemandAI.Pro, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Review and customize all AI-generated content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
• Respect intellectual property rights

Users acknowledge that:

• All AI-generated content requires professional review and customization
• Users remain responsible for all legal work and advice provided to clients
• DemandAI.Pro does not establish an attorney-client relationship
• Users must comply with all applicable bar rules and ethical obligations
• AI-generated content should be verified for accuracy and completeness

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase, United States)
• Client and party identifiers are replaced with pseudonym tokens before document text is sent to our AI model provider, Anthropic, whose commercial terms prohibit training on customer content
• We share data only with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy and as required by law
• You retain ownership of your case data, uploaded documents and generated letters, and you can delete a case or your whole account at any time

AI-generated drafts. Every letter, figure, audit note and estimate produced by the platform is generated by an AI system. It may contain errors or omissions. It is not legal advice, it does not create an attorney-client relationship with 6Dots, LLC, and it must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before it is relied on or sent. If you use the service without being a licensed attorney, you do so as self-help at your own direction: 6Dots, LLC is not a law firm, does not review your inputs for legal sufficiency, and does not provide legal advice.

The DemandAI.Pro platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the platform
• Use our technology to create competing services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemandAI.Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Legal malpractice claims
• Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or downtime

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Update and improve the platform
• Suspend service for security reasons
• Modify or discontinue features

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be suspended
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We will delete your account and data as specified in our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DemandAI.Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
