Personal-injury settlement demands drafted from your own file, every figure recomputed by an independent audit pass, delivered as a Word document you review and sign.
We are working with a small number of plaintiff personal-injury firms in the Washington, DC area, one letter at a time, before opening self-serve access. Letters are prepared by request and invoiced after delivery by 6Dots, LLC.
The offer
The pipeline is the same for every letter. Each claim below describes only this platform and traces to code.
| Capability | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft, audit, reconcile | An independent audit pass re-derives every dollar figure from your source documents; a reconcile pass runs when the two disagree. |
| Demand-strength score | A 0-100 score derived from the audit output, reported with the letter rather than asserted as a guarantee. |
| Limitation deadlines | Statute-of-limitations context for 23 US jurisdictions, flagged for counsel to confirm. Nothing is applied automatically. |
| Identifiers pseudonymized | Client and party names, addresses and phone numbers are replaced with tokens before document text reaches the AI model, and restored only in the finished letter. |
| No invented authority | The model may not fabricate case names, reporter citations, docket numbers or statute sections. Gaps are left as bracketed placeholders for counsel. |
| Export | Word (.docx), PDF and plain text. |
Plaintiff-side personal-injury practices with one to five attorneys in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and suburban Maryland that draft their own settlement demands, mostly pre-litigation auto-accident and premises claims.
Mortgage-servicer notices and the REST API remain available to existing accounts; access for new institutions is arranged directly.
We are not currently offering letters to individuals. The one-time letter packs previously listed on this page are paused, and no purchase is possible. If you are an individual with a dispute, a local attorney or your state court's self-help resources are the right place to start.
Your first demand letter is free. Tell us about the matter and we will reply with exactly what to send and how to redact it.
